Not only does it make us stronger, it increases metabolism, improves gut health, brain health, immune system response, hormone balance, and keeps off unwanted body fat. It makes you feel so good!

About Kristin

I truly love to educate individuals of the benefits of fitness. I live each day with my sights on doing something active. Whether I’m out on a long trail run, skiing somewhere in the backcountry, or challenging myself in the fitness studio, it’s where my mind and body find happiness. My 30 years the fitness industry has taught me to focus client’s workouts on core function. Core efficiency affects the entire body and is vital in sports performance and everyday activities. My workouts are tough, but never stressful. I coach individuals through functional movement patterns integrating classic strength training, metabolic conditioning, matt Pilates, Barre, and mobility to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. I love to work with all ages, from professional athletes to recreational enthusiasts.
